Homeowners in the North West were planning on making home improvements, and as their property was built before 2000 they were required to obtain a Refurbishment and Demolition Survey. The survey revealed that the ceiling of the garage and boiler room was made up of Asbestos Insulating Board (AIB), a particularly dangerous form of asbestos. RS Asbestos were contacted to carry out the removal works. RS Asbestos arranged a site visit, provided a timely quote, and produced a detailed and comprehensive method statement. The works were then carried out over a period of 3 days, with minimal disruption to the client.
