John Pendlebury
Before acquiring RS Asbestos, John gained many years of experience in the construction and re-development industry overseeing high profile projects, constructing large recycling plants for Greater Manchester Authorities. In addition, John was involved in renovation projects, converting numerous Grade 2 listed buildings for residential and commercial use. It was as a direct result of this involvement he subsequently became interested in the removal of Asbestos leading to the acquisition of RS Asbestos Ltd in 2013.
John’s involvement with an ‘hands on approach’ in day-to-day operations, life cycle of projects from initial concept to final handover means RS Asbestos delivers the highest level of service.

Amassing an invaluable wealth of knowledge from previous roles, he’s a driven individual with a desire to continually improve technical abilities whilst maintaining a prominent role from the inception of projects to its eventual close and thereon after care.
